The Florida Panther is listed as an endangered species with only a small population remaining in the wild. Speaker Bio: Christopher Satter is a wildlife biologist whose research interests are primarily focused on estimating population sizes of wild cats which are very difficult to study due to their secretive nature. He earned his M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2016 and B.S. from the University of West Florida in 2013.
